The Southeastern U.S. has a diverse and interesting butterfly fauna. Included
on this video are Zebra and Giant Swallowtails, Southern Dogface, White M
Hairstreak, American Snout and dozens of other species common in the Southeast.
Rich butterfly habitats, identification tips and techniques, and seasonal
specialties are all covered. Because this video focuses on the Southeast
(Virginia to Florida and inland to the Mississippi River) it provides naturalists
in this area with the most efficient way to learn the butterflies they encounter
the most often.
